WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

WHAT IS THE HOME DELIVERY PROCESS?
 
After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 1 or 2 business days.
Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, delivery takes 2-7 business days after it's dispatched. We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. You can also follow its journey by heading to ‘My Orders’ in your account.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Delivery outside of European Union may incur local customs duties and taxes which are outside of our control. These are unable to be calculated in advance. Any local customs duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient of the goods.

If a customer refuses an delivery order due to the price of the Duties, having previously been aware of these charges, we reserve the right to charge the following costs:

 

1. The cost of the initial shipping of the merchandise.

2. The cost of the return shipping of the merchandise.

3. Any other costs associated with the return of the merchandise.

 

Note: This policy does not affect the consumer’s legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery, as provided by consumer protection legislation. In the case of withdrawal from the purchase within this period, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, except if the product is defective or not as described.

Return Policy for Non-EU Countries: For returns from countries outside the European Union, such as the UK, Switzerland, Norway and USA, the return shipment must be made using a prepaid label provided by us. This label will incur the same cost as the original shipping fee paid by the customer.

Due to customs regulations and bureaucratic processes, this method is mandatory for all returns from these countries.

To initiate a return from these countries, please submit your return request in the designated return section of our website. After submitting your request, you will need to request the payment guide for the prepaid return label. Once the payment is made, we will send you the return label.

Following this process will ensure that you can successfully return your merchandise to us.
